About the function

The Team lead is responsible for overseeing warehouse processing activities during the shift and takes the initiative to streamline all operational procedures within the facility.

Your role is to oversee the proper execution of operational tasks and identify recurring problems and follow up on initiated corrective actions.

Your duties are:

  • Manage and motivate warehouse personnel
  • Oversee warehouse processes and compliance
  • Ensuring a clean and safe working environment according to the 5S principle
  • Timely reporting of deviations
  • Organize work assignments and breaks
  • Holding shift briefings
  • Transfer tasks and details to the next shift

 You will lead a diverse team and work three different shifts:

  • Morning shift: 07:00 AM to 15:30 PM
  • Afternoon shift: 15:30 PM to 00:00 AM
  • Night shift: 21:30 PM to 06:00 AM

What we need

  • MBO work and thinking level with experience as a team leader, supervisor, or foreman
  • Strong organizational skills and good knowledge of Dutch and English
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint) and warehouse management systems
  • Ability to handle stress, manage, and motivate a team
  • Availability for full-time, shift-based work
  • You are willing to obtain an air cargo certificate, with certification provided through us
  • You can obtain a Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag (VOG) / Verklaring van Geen Bezwaar (VGB) (these will be requested by us), and you can start as soon as you receive the VOG
