About the function
As a Junior Account Manager, you will be part of the Sales team. Together, you are responsible for managing both existing and new client relationships. In your role as an Account Manager, you will provide administrative and operational support to the sales team and, with sufficient experience, take on your own client accounts. You will ensure that sales processes run smoothly, prepare quotations, follow up on sales orders, and ensure the proper handling of orders.
Your tasks will be carried out from the location in Oss, and you will have frequent contact with the clients via phone and email. Thanks to your contributions, customers will have a positive experience through high-quality and customer-focused service. Within the sales department, you will work extensively with numbers and administrative tasks, making accuracy and analytical skills essential for this role.
With your solution-oriented mindset, you will collaborate with your colleagues to ensure that all partnerships run as expected. The organization has a diverse range of colleagues and clients, making your empathy and open attitude highly valuable in this role.
What we need
- You have proficiency in French, both spoken and written, complemented by English for internal communication;
- You hold a diploma from a completed education in a commercial field, at least MBO level;
- You have experience in a similar role, preferably in a commercial or administrative position;
- You have knowledge of the MS Office package, especially Word and Excel;
- You have your own transportation to commute to the location in Oss.
What we offer
- Salary € 2.600 - 3.000 gross per month
- A full-time job of 36 hours per week, spread over 5 days a week;
- 25 vacation days + 11.8 ADV hours per year;
- Travel allowance at €0,23 per km, the calculation is done according to our internal scheme;
- The salary depends on your experience and (possible) commitment;
