About the function
As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, managing employees, and ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. We are looking for a committed individual who can inspire trust and respect, and who is motivated to work long-term
The purpose of the position is to ensure the security of the entire company site and all persons on it with supervision:
- Various checks must be carried out with regard to accommodation and the presence/absence of employees
- Monitor attendance, performance, and conduct of employees, addressing any issues or misconduct as needed
- You must also be available/on call for (medical) incidents
- Assisting intermediaries with daily activities and additional administrative work are also part of this versatile position
As a supervisor you are required full availability as you will be working in a three shift system from Monday t/m Sunday
- Morning shift: 05:30 t/m 14:30
- Afternoon shift: 14:30 t/m 23:30
- Night shift: 23:30 t/m 05:30
What we need
- Experience not required but is a plus
- You speak English and Polish language
- You are in possession of a driving license B
- Full availability during the week and weekends
- You are flexible, because the work continues all year round and is therefore also done on a rotation basis

What we offer
- Gross hourly wage of € 17.11 per hour
- 125% surcharge between 7:00 PM and 11:00 PM
- 140% surcharge between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM
- 200% surcharge on Sundays
- Overtime allowance of 135% after 38 hours per week
- Travel costs of 0.21€/km

About the company
Tuinderij Vers is the specialist in freshly cut vegetables and salads. This includes ready-made vegetables that can be prepared by the consumer with virtually no further processing, such as mixed lettuce, raw vegetables, stir-fry mixes and meal salads. The production process is largely automated.
