About the function
As a production worker, you will be responsible for ensuring that the tomatoes sent to customers are of the highest quality. You will be involved in various tasks, such as:
- Sorting tomatoes: Ensure that the tomatoes meet quality standards by carefully sorting them and removing any damaged or defective ones from the production line.
- Weighing and packing: Accurately weigh the tomatoes and pack them into designated containers, following packaging guidelines to maintain the product’s integrity and presentation.
- Placing boxes on pallets: Organize the packed tomatoes on pallets according to the specified arrangement, ensuring that the pallets are properly stacked and secured for transportation.
- Preparing tomatoes for shipment: Prepare tomatoes for transportation according to shipping guidelines, labeling the boxes accurately and ensuring they are ready for dispatch.
Your working hours: Monday to Saturday from 06:00 to 17:00 (36-40 hours per week)
