About the function
As a Production Worker, you are responsible for:
- Weighing and mixing ingredients according to recipes.
- Checking recipes and production settings.
- Recording ingredient usage and tracking production quantities in our ERP system.
- Spreading the product onto baking trays and placing them in the ovens.
- Setting and monitoring the baking process to achieve the desired results.
- Ensuring that products cool down after baking so they are ready for packaging.
- Cleaning and tidying your workspace and materials.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth production.
You will work Monday to Friday in a 2-shift system:
- 06:00 AM to 02:00 PM
- 02:00 PM to 10:00 PM
What we need
- Able to work independently and willing to work hard.
- Good at collaborating and sees themselves as a team player.
- Experience in a bakery or food production company is a plus.
- Experience with Navision or another ERP system is a plus, but not required.
- Proactive attitude and contributes to the success of the team.
What we offer
- A gross salary of €16.02 per hour (including 14% shift allowance)
- 8% vacation pay.
- 25 vacation days per year.
- Overtime pay.
- Travel reimbursement starting at €0.23 per km.
