You'll make sure the production process runs smoothly and help prepare delicious salads (for meals) and other products for our customers. Sounds good, right? Good work!
About the function
As a production worker, you will be responsible for processing fresh fruits and vegetables. You will work accurately and ensure that quality is always maintained at a high level. Your tasks are varied and no two days are the same. Some of the duties include:
- Processing raw fruits and vegetables (peeling, removing seeds, etc.)
- Manual and/or machine cutting of fruits and vegetables
- Carefully packing and repacking produce
- Completing (meals) salads and other dishes on a conveyor belt
- Manually filling containers according to instructions and/or rules
- Checking correct weight on scale
- Checking correct labels and dates on products
- Checking that products are properly sealed (that the film is airtight)
- Daily cleaning and maintenance of machines and tools
Work will be Monday through Saturday, with two days off per week. This gives you a flexible 5-day work week. You will work a day shift.
Start time between 06:00 and 08:00 and end time between 16:00 and 17:00.

- You speak Dutch or English so you can communicate well with co-workers
- You are available full-time and flexible in working hours
- Working in a cool environment of 5°C is not a problem for you
- Safety and hygiene are of utmost importance to you
- You have your own accommodation and can come to Ridderkerk independently. Do you live in Rotterdam Zuid? Then you can use our transportation!

What we offer
- Attractive salary of €14,06 gross per hour
- Shift bonuses of 125% to 140% for shifts between 19:00 and 06:00
- Vacation bonus of 8.3% so you can enjoy your days off
- Overtime bonus of 135% after working 38 hours per week
