About the function
As an Operator you will be responsible for all the machines, the production process and for the correct and complete execution of the order. Your main responsibilities will be:
- Checking the quality of products and substances used in the machine
- Implementing and applying (HACCP) internal regulations and procedures
- Ensuring the continuity of the entire production
- Teamwork skills and people management
You’ll work full-time, in a rotating 3 shift pattern between Monday and Friday:
- From 6:00 am to 2:45 pm
- From 2:00 pm to 10:45 pm
- From 10:00 pm to 6:45 am
What we need
- You have experience as operator
- You speak Dutch or English
- You are responsible, result-oriented, quality-conscious and stress-resistant
- You are available for 3 shifts
- You have your own accomodation and transport

What we offer
- A Gross salary of € 15.61 per hour (excluding shift allowance)
- When you work 2 shifts , you will receive 114%
- When you work 3 shifts, you will receive 119%
- You would like to work on a Saturday? No problem we will pay 130% more! And if you would like to work on holidays then its payed 200% , Even better!
- You also receive 25 vacation days
- Regarding travel allowance , We offer payment of €0,23 per kilometer ( maximum 40km one way)
