About the function
Discover exciting career opportunities in greenhouse cultivation! Join us as a Greenhouse Worker in Honselersdijk and immerse yourself in the art of plant care.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Removing lower leaves
- Counting and recording crops
- Tying plants
- Removing diseased or damaged parts of plants
- Maintaining cleanliness – cleaning removed leaves and shoots, keeping the workspace tidy
Working hours are:
07:00 / 06:00 - 16:00 (depending on the season)
Working days are Monday to Friday (sometimes Saturdays, depending on the season)
What we need
- You speak Polish, English, or Dutch
- You have your own transport to work
- You have your own accommodation
- Precision and good manual skills
- Good physical condition – the job requires standing for long periods, bending, and moving around the greenhouse
- Ability to work in high temperatures and humidity
- No allergies to plants or plant protection products
- Experience in greenhouse work
What we offer
- Hourly rate of €15.06 gross + additional allowances
- Saturday – 135% / Sunday, holidays – 200%
- Travel reimbursement €0.23 per km
- 8.33% holiday allowance throughout the year
