About the function
As a greenhouse worker, you will be engaged in every stage of the plant cultivation process within our nursery. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Transplanting and re-potting plants
- Weed management and removal
- Conducting plant health assessments
- Preparing plants for transport and distribution
Work will take place in both the greenhouse and the warehouse. You will be scheduled to work from Monday to Friday, with the possibility of additional shifts on Saturdays when required. The standard working hours are from 6:00 AM to 3:15 PM.

What we offer
- Salary: €14.06 gross per hour
- Overtime pay: 60% after 38 hours per week
- Travel allowance: €0.21 per kilometer for distances between 10 and a maximum of 26 km one way
