About the function

We are looking for an energetic person for the position of Shipping Clerk to ensure that our blueberries and asparagus always arrive on time and in perfect condition to the recipients!
In this position you will:
- Replenish working stocks for production.
- Receive and distribute incoming shipments.
- Prepare products for dispatch.
- Support the production team where needed.
- Work flexibly - because logistics likes to surprise!
Working hours:
- Morning shift: 06:00 - 14:00
- Afternoon shift: 11:45 - 20:00
- In high season: 13:45 - even until 22:00-23:00

What we need
Who are we looking for for the position of Expedition Employee at ABB Growers? It's simple - we're looking for someone who not only meets the requirements, but also brings something of themselves!
Here is what is important to us
- You have a background and mindset at MBO level
- You are familiar with the production environment and have a technical flair
- You speak English well - and if you know Dutch and/or Polish, you have an extra plus with us!
- You have an ETP certificate and know how to use it
- Flexibility is your middle name - variable hours and different tasks do not scare you
- You enjoy working in a team and can communicate clearly

What we offer
- 14.85 € gross/h - an attractive basic rate
- +40% allowance for night work (23:00-06:00) - that's € 20.79 gross/hour
- +25% allowance for evening work (19:00-23:00) - that's € 18.56 gross per hour
- Travel allowance of €0.15 per km (over 10 km, up to a maximum of 30 km)
- Increase every year from 1 January - we appreciate your development
- Working in a cold storage room (10°C) - we provide warm and comfortable working clothes
