About the function
As a expedition employee, you play a crucial role in the logistics process. You ensure that work stocks are maintained, incoming shipments are processed efficiently, and products are made ready for shipment. In addition, you will support the team within the production department and contribute to a smooth daily operation.
As a expedition employee, you will be responsible for:
- Replenishing working stock for production.
- Receiving and processing incoming shipments.
- Preparing blueberries for shipping.
- Support within the production department.
- Flexibly responding to busy and shifting work hours.
Working hours:
- Morning shift: 06:00 to 14:00.
- Afternoon shift: 11:45 to 8:00.
- At peak production, late shift starts at 13:45 and ends around 22:00-23:00.
What we need
- MBO working and thinking level.
- Affinity with a production environment and technical insight.
- Good command of the English language. Knowledge of Dutch and/or Polish is an advantage.
- In possession of an EPT certificate.
- Flexible in terms of working hours and tasks.
- Team player with good communication skills.

What we offer
- An attractive base salary of €14.85 gross per hour.
- 140% of base salary between 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., representing a gross hourly wage of €20.79 per hour.
- 125% of base salary between 19:00 and 23:00, representing a gross hourly wage of €18.56 per hour.
- Travel allowance of €0.15 per kilometer from 10 km (max. 30 km).
- Annual salary increase as of January 1.
- Working in a refrigerated environment of 10°C, with appropriate work clothes.
