About the function
As Warehouse Team Leader, you are responsible for coordinating and organizing the daily operations within the warehouse. You ensure that all processes run optimally and motivate your team to achieve goals. Safety and quality are your top priorities, and you are constantly looking to improve the workflow.

- Organization: You ensure efficient planning and coordination of daily work, so that an effective workflow is realized
- Team management: You motivate and coach your team so that targets are met and continuous improvements are implemented
- Quality assurance: You ensure compliance with safety guidelines and quality objectives
- Timekeeping: Responsible for proper timekeeping of your department
- Optimization: You make an important contribution to the optimal layout of the warehouse
- Cooperation: You work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor and have regular consultation on operational matters
- Improvement: You identify bottlenecks in the process and implement improvements where necessary
- Transport: You work with goods from third parties, whereby regulations regarding road, sea and air transport must be followed closely
You will work full-time Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts. Your working hours will be from 07:00 to 17:00.
When starting your employment, you will be required to provide a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG). We will cover the costs for this.
What we need
- You have a completed education at MBO level, preferably towards logistics, or similar experience
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position within the logistics sector
- You have knowledge of warehouse management systems and are handy with Office applications
- Preferably you have certificates for material handling equipment, such as a forklift or reach truck. You can obtain these at our expense
- You are fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
- Organizational skills and stress resistance
- You are sociable and know how to motivate a team
- At the start of your employment you have to provide a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG). We will cover the costs for this

- Salary: €2800 - €3500 per month, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive bonuses
- 130% for hours over 40 hours per week
- 150% on Saturdays
- 200% on national holidays
- 1.38% ATV allowance
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer (except for the first 10 km one way)
