Do you want to be responsible for coordinating export air freight shipments from A to Z? We are looking for an experienced (senior) freight forwarder who can efficiently manage the logistics processes of our export shipments while fulfilling customer requirements. About the function
As a (senior) freight forwarder export, you will be the key player in preparing and organizing air freight shipments for our customers. You ensure everything runs smoothly from planning to final delivery, fully aligned with the customer’s specifications. What you will do:
- Coordinate and liaise with carriers, airlines, and other involved parties.
- Communicate with customers and suppliers to meet their needs while increasing margins without compromising on quality.
- Ensure that all export documents are accurate and that data entered into our systems is correct.
- Optimize the entire export process, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
With your experience and sharp eye for detail, you are an indispensable part of the team, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
What we need
- Experience in freight forwarding and export air freight.
- MBO+ level of education.
- Strong command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
- In possession of a valid MLV certificate.
- Able to work independently within a team with a strong sense of responsibility.
- You communicate well, quickly, and clearly.
- You have a flexible attitude, are eager to learn, take initiative, and are accurate.

What we offer
- A gross monthly salary between €3,095 and €4,217 (depending on your work experience).
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per km.
- Weekly payments and irregularity allowances.
- 8.33% holiday allowance.
