About the function
As a Seed Inventory Manager, you are responsible for managing and optimizing the seed inventory at the production site. You maintain the stock both physically and administratively and process mutations such as receipts, preparations for sowing and changes in availability. You also develop improvement processes and support late seeding orders, just before and after production start. You play an important role in keeping the production processes within the department running efficiently.
Your responsibilities:
- Managing the seed stock at the production site in De Lier
- Administrative processing of seed movements and stock changes
- Receiving, storing and preparing seed lots for seeding processes
- Identify and resolve inventory challenges and implement process improvements
- Assist in the planning and execution of late seeding orders
Working Hours & Work Days:
Work Days: Monday through Friday
Working Hours (by arrangement):
- 07:00 - 15:00
- 08:00 - 16:00
Full-time: 38 - 40 hours per week
What we need
- Accurate and organized with an eye for detail
- Experience in inventory management or logistics
- Good command of Dutch or English (written and oral)
- Stress resistant and able to work under pressure
- Willing to grow into a coordinating role

- Gross hourly wage of €19.69
- Travel allowance of €0,23 per km (from 5 km, max. 35 km one way)
