About the function
Every day, 440 Lidl stores across the country count on you—and your team—to get the right products on the road. Whether it’s crunchy apples, frozen pizzas, or household essentials, you’ll be the one making sure each order is picked, packed, and ready to go. With a headset guiding your every move (thanks to our high-tech pick-by-voice system) and an electric pallet truck at your side, you’ll navigate the warehouse like a pro—keeping the supply chain flowing and our shelves stocked. During the shift you have to:
Pick products via headset system (pick-by-voice)
Operate an electric pallet truck (no certificate needed)
Stack and prep pallets for delivery
Work in various temperature zones (grocery, fresh, frozen, non-food)
Help keep our shelves full and our customers happy!
Lidl Almere does not stop, running 24/7. The shift start from 15:00 and finish at 00:00 or starts at 17:00 and finish at 00:00 (be aware of possibility of overtime)
What we need
Willingness to work evenings and weekends
Motivated, strong, and not afraid of physical work (e.g. lifting banana boxes)
Accuracy and care in every task – quality counts!

What we offer
- Hourly wage of €14.16
- Shift bonuses of 125% to 150% for shifts between 18:00 and 00:00
- Vacation bonus of 8.3% so you can enjoy your days off
- Overtime bonus of 135% after working 38 hours per week
