About the function
As an Orderpicker in the refrigerated section (3°C) at Lidl in Almere, you will ensure the daily delivery of products to stores, enabling the shelves to be fully stocked. You will work with food, frozen goods, and non-food items, and collect orders using the pick-by-voice system.
Your Responsibilities:
- Collecting orders using a pallet truck
- Quality control of products and placing them on pallets
- Collaborating with the team to achieve goals
- Adhering to health and safety regulations and wearing protective clothing
- Working from Monday to Friday from 06:30/7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with the possibility of weekend shifts and overtime.
What we need
- You speak Dutch or English
- You are flexible and willing to work weekends or holidays if needed
- You have no problem working at a temperature of 3°C
- You are available full-time for 40 hours per week and willing to work overtime if necessary

What we offer
- Salary: €15.31 gross per hour (including ADV allowance: 8.1%)
Allowances:
- 35% after regular working hours
- 45% for overtime on weekdays
- 130% on Saturday
- 150% on Sunday
- 100% allowance on public holidays during the week, 150% on weekends
- Travel allowance: € 0.23 per km (from 10 km, max. € 5.69 per day)
