About the function
As an Operational Planner, you are responsible for planning and coordinating production orders. You monitor deadlines and ensure that all departments involved receive the correct information. You closely monitor the progress of the orders and intervene where necessary to prevent delays. In addition, you identify bottlenecks in the production process and proactively coordinate with those responsible. You work closely with colleagues from Supply Chain, Logistics and Production to achieve optimal results.
Your responsibilities:
- Efficiently prepare and plan production orders
- Coordinate the daily workflow and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Identify deviations and proactively resolve bottlenecks
- Reporting on lead times, delivery reliability and capacity
- Actively contribute to process optimization and team improvements
Working Hours & Working Days:
✅ Work Days: Monday through Friday
✅ Working hours: 07:00 - 16:00 (day shift)
✅ Full-time: 38 hours per week
✅ Allowances up to 200%.
What we need
- MBO+ working and thinking level with relevant experience in planning and administration
- Experience in a production environment
- Good command of the Dutch and English language (oral and written)
- Experience with MS Office and SAP
- Strong communication skills and stress resistant
- Quantitative insight and the ability to make connections
- Flexible attitude and problem solving ability
