About the function
You are all-round deployable in the Logistics department. For example, you can be deployed on the cell shift or you are picking orders at branch or bulk level. During a cell shift you are the link between Production and Logistics.
- You ensure that the freshly produced products arrive at the right place in the order picking process.
- If you are assigned to the order pick at the branch level, you use a hand scanner to prepare the correct number of products per customer and identify any discrepancies. For some customers the products are not distributed, but prepared for transport at bulk level.
- You move these with a forklift or pump truck to the right location.
Together with your colleagues you make sure that everything is ready for transport on time!
As all-round logistician you will work in a cycle of 4 weeks, of which 2 out of 4 weeks you have to work in the weekend. Your working hours are 06:00 to 14:15, 14:15 to 22:15 and 22:00 - 06:15.
What we need
- Vmbo working and thinking level
- In possession of own transport
- Experience in a logistic environment
- Careful, results-oriented and good at working together
- Willing to work in a refrigerated environment of 4 degrees
- Flexibility as you will work day shifts, evening shifts, night shift and weekends
