About the function
As a logistics employee at DPD, you play a key role in making sure the country gets its packages accurately and on time. You’ll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where every package counts, and teamwork is at the heart of it all.
Your tasks include:
Loading and unloading delivery trucks
Sorting and scanning packages to ensure they’re routed correctly
Keeping packages organized and ready for delivery
Maintaining a clean and safe workspace
Collaborating with your team to keep operations running smoothly
You’ll be working in shifts, including evenings and nights, and the best part? You’ll earn extra pay for those evening and night shifts!
This is a physically active role that rewards your hard work, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. The added bonus pay makes those late hours even more worthwhile!
Working hours:
- Afternoon: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
- Evening: 6:30 PM - 4:00 AM
- Night: 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM

What we need
- Flexibility to work evening and night shifts
- You enjoy physical work and being on your feet
- You can work accurately and efficiently, even when it’s busy
- Basic understanding of English or Dutch
- Previous logistics experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll teach you everything you need to know!
What we offer
- Competitive gross hourly wage starting at €14.06
- Attractive shift allowances: 130% (20:00-00:00), 145% (00:00-06:00), and up to 200% on weekends
- Generous travel allowance of €0.23 per km (up to €11.50 per day)
- Holiday allowance of 8.33% and 25 vacation days per year
