About the function
As an Administration Employee, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels. Your role will be crucial in monitoring and updating stock levels, as well as identifying and resolving discrepancies to ensure smooth warehouse operations and customer satisfaction. Your duties will include:
- Analyzing physical stock levels and updating inventory records in the system
- Collecting and processing inventory data
- Maintaining clear and understandable information for both customers and the warehouse team
- Handling complaints: flagging and processing complaints in the system
- Forwarding complaints to the relevant departments and collaborating to develop improvement plans for warehouse processes
Working Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the possibility of working on Saturdays if necessary.
What we need
- Knowledge and skills at an MBO level in logistics and administration
- Experience with distribution systems and managing documentation, including MS Office
- Quick and effective response to the needs and issues of customers and external companies
- Accuracy and precision in managing data and documents
- Responsibility and attention to the goods entrusted to you
- Communicative knowledge of Dutch, English, and German
- Availability for full-time work, including Saturdays when required

What we offer
- Salary ranging from €2600 to €3300 gross per month
- A 130% bonus for working over 8 hours per day
- Travel reimbursement of €0.23/km, up to a maximum of €9.30 per day
