About the function
As a greenhouse worker, you will perform a variety of tasks, such as pollinating plants, removing flower stoppers and harvesting and checking seeds of tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers. You will support general greenhouse operations and contribute to the high quality of our products.
Responsibilities:
- Manual pollination of plants.
- Removal of flower stoppers and seed extraction.
- Quality control of seeds and plants.
- General greenhouse operations according to hygiene and food safety regulations.
- Working together in a team to achieve seasonal goals.
Working hours are between 6:00 am and 4:00 pm depending on the season.
What we need
- Experience in a greenhouse environment or similar work.
- Communication skills in Dutch or English.
- Available for a minimum of 36-38 hours per week.
- Physically fit to work standing or bent over.
- Independent transportation is necessary.

What we offer
- A salary of €15.72 per hour, plus surcharges for overtime and national holidays.
- Saturday surcharge of 160%.
- Sunday allowance of 200%.
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer.
- 8.33% vacation allowance and annual raises in accordance with collective bargaining agreement.
- Clothing and safety shoes will be provided.
