About the function
As a Seed Conditioning Specialist, you will be responsible for cleaning, upgrading, and disinfecting high-quality seed batches. You will do this manually or with specialized equipment to meet high-quality standards. You will work closely with your team leader and contribute to a smooth and efficient production process.
Responsibilities:
- Applying the correct methods and techniques to process seed batches
- Identifying and proactively resolving issues related to seed quality
- Adjusting and operating specialized machines
- Taking seed samples and recording batch characteristics
- Conducting quality checks, such as moisture content and physical appearance
Working Monday to Friday from 7:00/7:30 to 16:00 (day shift).
What we need
- MBO work and thinking level (equivalent to intermediate vocational education)
- Good command of the Dutch language
- Forklift certificate or willingness to obtain one at our expense
- Flexible attitude and readiness to work overtime during peak periods
- Precise working approach and experience in performing quality processes
