About the function
As a Production Employee, you will be responsible for cutting leaves with a knife and taking careful care of the plants. You perform quality checks and ensure that the plants can grow optimally. It is standing work and you work in a constant temperature of 21°C in the hall. You will contribute to a neat and hygienic working environment and work according to company guidelines.

Working Hours & Working Days:
✅ Work Days: Monday through Friday
✅ Working Hours:
- Monday through Thursday: 06:45 - 16:00
- Friday: 06:45 - 12:00
✅ Full-time: 38 hours per week
✅ Overtime allowance:
- 135% for overtime
What we need
- Experience with plants or cutting is a plus, but not required
- You speak the English or Dutch language
- Physically fit and able to perform standing work
- Accurate and able to work independently
- Own transportation and housing required
