About the function
As a pollinator, you play an important role in the development of new crops. Your duties include:
- Pollinating and crossing plants to improve crops.
- Taking care of sowing, transplanting and harvesting plants.
- Weighing, counting and processing seeds.
- Recording and collecting data on plants.
- Collaborate with other teams and locations as needed.
📍 Location: Naaldwijk
⏰ Hours: 38 hours per week.
🕒 Working hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00/07:30 - 16:00
🌡 Work environment: greenhouse (20-25°C)
What we need
- You have experience with pollination and plant cultivation.
- You speak English or Dutch.
- You work accurately and have an eye for detail.
- You are flexible and willing to work in different teams and locations.
- You have your own transportation to reach the work location.
What we offer
- Salary: €15.87 per hour + CLA increases and bonuses.
- Overtime bonuses up to 200%.
- Travel allowance: €0,23 per km (from 5 km).
