About the function
As a Greenhouse employee, you will be responsible for tending and maintaining crops in our innovative demo greenhouse. You will monitor plant growth, perform quality inspections and report deviations. In addition, you will support sowing, planting and harvesting. You work in a modern environment where innovation and sustainability are key. With your efforts you will ensure healthy crops and satisfied customers.
Responsibilities
- Care and maintenance of plants in the greenhouse.
- Checking the growth and quality of crops.
- Sowing, planting and harvesting of products.
- Reporting deviations and quality problems.
- Contribute to a clean and organized greenhouse environment.
Working hours
- Full-time position.
- Working days Monday through Friday, working hours from 06:00 to 17:00.
What we need
- Experience in agriculture and/or crop care.
- Accurate and quality oriented.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
- Good command of the Dutch or English language.
- Willingness to do physical work in a greenhouse environment.

- A gross hourly wage of €15.72 per hour.
- Saturday allowance of 160%
- Sunday allowance of 200%
- Travel allowance of €0,23 per kilometer.
