About the function
As a General Worker in the greenhouse, you will be responsible for independently operating machinery and coordinating team efforts in the plant production process. Required skills include the ability to perform maintenance tasks and maintain cleanliness in the workplace. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Operating machinery and performing routine cultivation tasks.
- Coordinating the work of employees, including temporary staff.
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace.
- Carrying out simple cultivation activities (e.g., watering).
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and hygiene standards.
The company is located in Vierpolders. Work takes place from Monday to Friday (if there is a lot of work, also on Saturdays) from 06:00 to 15:30
What we need
- Ability to independently perform tasks in the production process.
- Knowledge of English and Dutch
- Experience in operating machinery and forklifts.
- Ability to supervise and coordinate the work of other employees.
- Experience in a similar role or industry.
