TFC in Waddinxveen is looking for an energetic and organized person for the position of production assistant. If you enjoy production and office work, have an eye for detail and can work efficiently in a dynamic environment - this offer is for you!
About the function
The person in this position is required to work both in production and in the office. Initially there will be 2-3 days per week, with the remaining days dedicated to production.
Your duties will include:
- Sorting various exotic fruits and vegetables
- Quality control
- Creation of production plans and related tasks
- Entering and updating data in the system
The work is from Monday to Friday ( sometimes also on Saturdays )
During the hours of 6:00/7:00- 16:00/17:00/18:00
( 45-55 ) hours per week
What we need
- Own accommodation and transport to work
- Willingness to work overtime
- Availability 5 days a week, with frequent work on Saturdays
- Ability to work in low temperatures (about 5°C)
- Resistance to stress
- Ability to work with deadlines
- Knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge of Outlook
- Fluent communication in English (Polish will be an additional asset)
- Good organization of work

What we offer
- Rate of 14,09€ gross per hour
- 135% over 38 hours worked per week
- Bonus for work on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 100% to 200% of the hourly rate
- Reimbursement of commuting expenses 10-15 km - €3,10 / 15-20 km - €4,34 / 20 > km - €6,20 max €6,20 per day
