About the function
We are looking for a Facility Coordinator to help ensure that our company runs smoothly, both in the warehouse and in the offices. You will play an important role in managing relationships with suppliers, solving problems, and keeping things organized.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the warehouse and office operations run without disruption.
- Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers, helping them work effectively.
- Solve problems quickly and efficiently to keep everything on track.
- Manage work orders, reports, and other documents, ensuring they are organized and clear.
- Support the team by taking on tasks with a “can-do” attitude and helping wherever needed.
Flexible work hours to be discussed in first intake
Possible hours: 07:00 – 15:30, 08:00 – 16:30 of 09:00 – 17:30
What we need
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills in Dutch. English language is a plus.
- Experience with facilities management is a plus, but not required.
- Someone who can work independently and stay organized.
- Good communication skills and able to manage relationships well.
- Ability to think quickly and solve problems.

- A salary of € 2.835,- en € 3.816,- bruto (depending on experience)
