About the function
As an expedition team leader, you will lead a diverse team of assistant team leaders, coordinators and staff. You will train, supervise and ensure that everyone is putting maximum effort into success. In your role, you are able to respond quickly to unexpected situations.
Your innovative approach allows you to develop work methods that both increase service levels and lower costs. In addition, you play an active role in the recruitment process, ensuring that new talent joins your team and further enhances its success.
In this role, you will enter a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same every day.
Tasks will include:
- Organizing and optimizing operational processes to achieve our goals
- Administrative processes related to internal transportation, warehousing and the flow of incoming and outgoing goods
- Managing and optimally configuring warehouse and display areas
- You are able to motivate, and supervise employees and organize progress meetings
Working hours :
06:00 - 15:00 / 14:00 - 21:00 / 16:30 - 01:00
You will work 5 days a week, Monday to Sunday
What we need
- MBO4 level of work and thinking
- Several years of work experience in a similar position
- Experience in a dynamic, changing work environment
- Excellent communication skills, both in Dutch and English
- Own accommodation and transportation to work
- You don't mind working in an air-conditioned room ( 3-6 degrees )
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- A passion for technology and an understanding of systems
What we offer
- Rate between €2939.08 - €3579.70 + shift allowances
- Monday to Friday: 125% 19:00 - 23:00 / 140% 23:00 - 06:00
- For Saturdays: 200% 23:00 - 00:00 / 125% 15:00 - 23:00 / 140% 00:00 - 06:00
- For Sundays: 140% 23:00 - 00:00 / 200% 23:00 - 00:00
- More than 38 hours worked per week - 135%
- Reimbursement of commuting expenses €0.21 per kilometer from 10 km to a maximum of 30 km per day
