About the function

As a Document Coordinator you coordinate worldwide shipments of vegetable seeds, samples and other goods, and check that the documentation complies with international export regulations. You collaborate with various teams and contribute to an efficient transportation process.

Your responsibilities:

  • Drafting and managing documents for export and EU shipments
  • Coordinate global shipments and stock movements
  • Check export documentation according to laws and regulations
  • Determine proper transportation method and logistics planning

Working Days:

  • Monday - Friday

What we need

  • Experience in administration, preferably in the agricultural sector
  • Driving license B
  • Good knowledge of Excel and ERP systems such as SAP
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
  • In possession of or willing to apply for a VGB (Verklaring van Geen Bezwaar/ Certificate of No Objection)
