About the function

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to support our Scandinavian market. In this role, you will be the vital link between our customers and the team, ensuring that inquiries, orders, and services are handled efficiently and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage orders efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and high service quality.
  • Serve as the main contact for customers, addressing questions and providing order updates.
  •  Work with internal teams to meet customer needs and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Handle orders in SAP software, generate reports, and support continuous improvement.

Working schedule from monday t/m friday from 08:30 till 17:00

What we need

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
  •  Fluency in English and Dutch is essential; knowledge of Danish or Swedish is a plus!
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, order fulfillment, or a related environment.
  • Familiarity with SAP software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 
  • You’re a team player, highly proactive, positive, and have a strong problem-solving mindset. You can communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and handle pressure calmly and professionally
