About the function
As a Reach Truck or Forklift driver, you’ll mainly be responsible for collecting and moving partial and full pallet orders that are ready for transport. You’ll be working in a warehouse where the temperature can drop as low as -20°C.
Your tasks will include:
Picking orders (partial and full pallets) using a reach truck or forklift.
Unloading goods and ensuring all items are placed in the correct location in the warehouse according to the proper procedures and documentation.
Moving goods with a forklift or reach truck based on transport documents – you're responsible for safely transporting goods within the warehouse.
Additional tasks may include repairing pallets, packing, labeling goods, or counting orders to ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse.
The working days are Monday to Friday (sometimes Saturday), and you will work in 2 shifts:
06:00 – 14:30
14:30 – 23:00
What we need
You speak Dutch or English
You have a valid forklift/reach truck certificate
Experience as a forklift and/or reach truck operator
You’re comfortable working in cold environments (up to -20°C)
You have your own transportation and are enthusiastic and motivated
